Job Description
Korzen Health is looking to add a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to our outpatient Wound Care Center located in the Utica NY area. This is a FT opportunity in our outpatient Wound Care Center. 100% wound care setting. Procedural based. Must have at least 1year of NP experience with procedural background.
Our clinics are open MF (85pm). No oncall and no weekend work. Mixture of solid base salary PLUS RVU and Quality BONUS. Full benefits. Please apply to learn more.
Scope of Practice Includes:
This is a 100% Wound Care position that is procedural based. You need at least 1 year of NP experience with some procedural background. We will provide you with training after which you will be wound care and HBO certified.
- Performing assessment debridement wound dressings skin substitutes and hyperbaric oxygen treatment.
- Treatment of an average of 15/20 patients per day with a majority of wound care and less than 5% Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (patient volume varies).
- Our clinic is generally open MondayFriday 8am5pm 40 hours a week.
- Full Team Case Manager Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Nurses Office Manager Front end and back end support. Great Work Flow!
- Treatment of Adult and Geriatric patients

Wound Care Nurse Practitioner and Experience Requirements:
- 1 years of NP experience in a procedural environment (i.e. urgent care wound care specialist medical office). We may be able to substitute similar RN experience in lieu
- Nurse Practitioner license
- MSN Board certified
- DEA License
