Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our Public Relations team as a Junior Public Relations Manager. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for communication media relations and strategic planning. The Junior PR Manager will

Responsibilities:
PR Campaign Management:
o Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive PR strategies and campaigns.
o Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment of PR activities with organizational goals.
o Help conceptualize creative PR initiatives and tactics to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
Media Relations:
o Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets journalists and influencers.
o Draft press releases media pitches and other PR materials to secure media coverage.
o Monitor media coverage and track PR campaign performance metrics.
Content Creation:
o Contribute to the creation of compelling content for press releases blog posts social media and other communication channels.
o Edit and proofread written materials to ensure accuracy and consistency in messaging.
Event Management:
o Assist in planning coordinating and executing PR events press conferences and media briefings.
o Handle logistics including venue selection vendor management and attendee coordination.
Crisis Communication:
o Support the PR team in managing crisis communication situations effectively.
o Assist in drafting crisis communication plans and preparing spokespersons for media interactions.
Research and Analysis:
o Conduct research on industry trends competitor activities and media landscape to inform PR strategies.
o Analyze data and insights to evaluate the effectiveness of PR campaigns and recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Public Relations Communications Journalism Marketing or related field.
13 years of experience in public relations corporate communications or related roles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft engaging content.
Demonstrated experience in media relations including pitching and securing media coverage.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with media monitoring tools.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Creative thinking and problemsolving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
Previous experience in event planning or crisis communication is a plus.
