Job Overview:
The Technical Data Editor will be responsible for reviewing editing and validating technical data to ensure accuracy consistency and compliance with industry standards. This role requires a strong understanding of data structures excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Data Validation: Review and validate technical data for accuracy and completeness ensuring adherence to quality standards and guidelines.
- Editing and Formatting: Edit and format technical documents reports and datasets to ensure clarity consistency and professional presentation.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to identify and correct data discrepancies inconsistencies and errors.
- Collaboration: Work closely with data analysts engineers and subject matter experts to gather information and provide feedback on datarelated projects.
- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation related to data management processes including data dictionaries style guides and best practices.
- Research: Stay uptodate with industry trends and advancements in data management and editing technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Data Science Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2 years of experience in data editing data management or technical writing preferably in a datafocused environment.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a methodical approach to problemsolving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Proficiency in data management tools and software (e.g. SQL Excel data visualization tools).
