Your Daily Responsibilities: As a representative of our brand your main responsibilities will include delivering exceptional customer service via inbound calls live chat email and social media platforms.
Key Communication Role: Our Customer Care department serves as the primary point of contact for customer interactions. As a Customer Support Assistant youll be crucial in managing communications and promptly resolving inquiries and issues.

Customer Service Focus: 9095% email & chat support 510% inbound phone calls
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in spoken and written Romanian
- Strong command of English both spoken and written
- Exceptional communication skills
- Interest in sports
- Prior experience in a customer service environment is advantageous but not mandatory
- Proficiency in MS Office applications with good typing and computer skills
- Organizational decisionmaking and analytical abilities
- Teamoriented mindset with a positive attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent
What We Offer:
- Fulltime position with flexible shifts from 10 AM to 2 AM Monday to Sunday
- Salary of 3100 BGN gross monthly
- Monthly transportation/internet allowance of 50 BGN net paid in addition to the base salary
- Bonus for important life events (marriage birth or adoption of a child university graduation) for the amount of 500 BGN
