Your Daily Responsibilities: As a representative of our brand your main responsibilities will include delivering exceptional customer service via inbound calls live chat email and social media platforms.

Key Communication Role: Our Customer Care department serves as the primary point of contact for customer interactions. As a Customer Support Assistant youll be crucial in managing communications and promptly resolving inquiries and issues.

Customer Service Focus: 9095% email & chat support 510% inbound phone calls

Key Requirements:

  • Proficiency in spoken and written Romanian
  • Strong command of English both spoken and written
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Interest in sports
  • Prior experience in a customer service environment is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications with good typing and computer skills
  • Organizational decisionmaking and analytical abilities
  • Teamoriented mindset with a positive attitude
  • High school diploma or equivalent

What We Offer:

  • Fulltime position with flexible shifts from 10 AM to 2 AM Monday to Sunday
  • Salary of 3100 BGN gross monthly
  • Monthly transportation/internet allowance of 50 BGN net paid in addition to the base salary
  • Bonus for important life events (marriage birth or adoption of a child university graduation) for the amount of 500 BGN
    Additional perks include taxi vouchers for late shifts and extra pay per hour after 10 PM
  • Training: Comprehensive 2week training 2week nesting period
