Job Overview:
The Marketing Executive will be responsible vis visStartup Entrepreneurship Program (SEP) for achieving marketing objectives through the execution and delivery of fully integrated marketing programs that are onbrand and measurable. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the companys marketing efforts and developing strategies to promote the organizations products or services. They will be responsible for Marketing Research Competitor Analysis and Digital Marketing activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES TO MARKET Startup Entrepreneurship Program (SEP):
Strategic Planning:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the companys overall objectives and goals
- Setting marketing objectives identifying target audiences and determining the most effective marketing channels to reach them
Brand Management:
- Developing and maintaining the organizations brand identity including brand positioning messaging and visual identity
- Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conducting market research to identify market trends consumer preferences and competitive insights
- Using this data to inform marketing strategies and make datadriven decisions to optimize marketing performance
Competitor Research & Analysis:
- Conducting Competitor research to compare your results with your competitors performance.
- Identifying gaps in your strategy that your competitors address and developing strategies and tactics that promote your unique value proposition
Product Marketing:
- Collaborating with product development teams to understand product features benefits and target market
- Developing product marketing strategies and gotomarket plans to drive product adoption and sales
Campaign Management:
- Overseeing the planning execution and analysis of marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media email marketing events and digital marketing across Google Ads Facebook Ads LinkedIn Instagram and other relevant platforms
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
Public Relations:
- Overseeing the organizations public relations efforts and corporate communications
- Building and maintaining relationships with industry influencers and other stakeholders to enhance the organizations reputation and visibility
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborating with other departments such as sales and product development to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts across the organization
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma/Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g. Google Ads Facebook Blueprint) is a plus.
- 12 years of proven experience as a Marketing Executive or relevant role
- Experience in B2C Marketing with EdTech will be preferable
- Experience in performance marketing and social media advertising campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using tools such as Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts SEO and conversion rate optimization
- Ability to build relations craft compelling stories and think out of box
- Uptodate with marketing trends and technology
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
