Job Description
Position: Graphic Designer
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 12 PM8 PM Pacific Time
Salary Range:USD (depending on interview assessment and client’s approval)
About the job:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging graphic content providing original packaging and art direction and designing packaging that stands out in the market.
The client's company is a toy company built on integrity innovation and entertainment. Their mission is to create awesome toy brands fueled by captivating and visually stunning designs.
In this role you will be responsible for creating engaging graphics for our toy packaging and implementing your design skills using Adobe Suite particularly Photoshop and Illustrator. Experience with dielines and packaging layouts is crucial. You will also use your creative flair to design packaging logos and social media assets build branding guides and work with external design contractors as required. If your work meets our standards we may offer a fulltime position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create highquality graphic content for various projects.
- Provide original package and art direction to ensure cohesive and appealing designs.
- Design packaging that meets brand standards and enhances product appeal.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a graphic designer.
- Expertise in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Expertise in Figma
- Experience with dielines and packaging layouts is a must! (This should also be reflected in your portfolio)
- Kawaii art illustration capacity is preferred
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and impactful designs.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication and English literacy/fluency will be required
- Applicants who cannot provide examples of previous packaging experience will not be considered
