Job Description
- Full time Based in Bangalore
- 1 3 years working in Gold Loan especially either in NBFC or Banking Industry/ Gold Loan Industry
In this Role you will
- Visit customer location convince and convert leads assigned by the company to avail Oros gold loan products.
- Be responsible for lead generation
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Possess indepth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos for customers and relay objection handling
- Convince prospective clients through reassurance Highly persuasive
- Maintain working relationships with existing customers to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities.
What were looking for in a candidate
- Languages Kannada & English are a must. Other languages are an added bonus
- Good communication presentation and retention skills
- A knack for establishing rapport with customers
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Dynamic persuasive selfinitiator and resultoriented
- Must have a bike to travel
