Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
- Manage and optimize the performance of account on Amazon Seller Central ensuring KPIs are achieved.
- Support senior managers in handling ecommerce operations maintaining seamless client and stakeholder communication.
Performance Optimization:
- Track and analyze key metrics such as sales conversion rates and ad performance to drive datainformed decisions.
- Regularly report on performance trends and suggest actionable strategies to improve outcomes.
Content & Listing Optimization:
- Collaborate with content teams to enhance product listings through keyword research SEO and A content creation.
- Ensure listings adhere to Amazons guidelines and maintain highquality standards.
Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination:
- Monitor stock levels and work closely with the supply chain team to ensure inventory availability while minimizing overstock or stockouts.
Advertising & Marketing Campaigns:
- Plan execute and analyze Amazon PPC campaigns to maximize ROI and product visibility.
- Coordinate promotional strategies including seasonal campaigns and deals to boost sales and visibility.
Data Analysis:
- Conduct competitor analysis market research and trend forecasting to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Leverage data insights to refine pricing strategies and improve customer retention.
Stakeholder Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams external partners and key stakeholders to align on objectives and execution.
ProblemSolving:
- Address any operational or accountrelated issues promptly escalating concerns when needed to ensure business continuity.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
Experience:
- 1 2 years of experience in ecommerce account management preferably with a focus on Amazon Seller Central.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a resultsoriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and familiarity with advertising tools like Amazon Advertising Console.
- Knowledge of SEO and keyword research tools.
- Excellent communication project management and interpersonal skills.
