Job Description
Job Title: Senior DevOps Engineer Cloud Infrastructure Specialist
Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer with a strong focus on Public Cloud specifically AWS. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of handson experience in the DevOps domain showcasing expertise in cloud infrastructure automation and deployment processes. The candidate must possess advanced knowledge in AWS Terraform/Terragrunt ArgoCD PrometheusGrafana ELK Kubernetes Linux and Networking.
Responsibilities:

Cloud Infrastructure Management:
-
Design implement and manage AWS infrastructure ensuring scalability security and high availability
-
Utilize AWS services such as EKS S3 RDS Lambda and others to optimize cloud resources and enhance system performance.

Design implement and manage API Gateway solutions to ensure secure and efficient communication between microservices and external systems.
-
Configure and optimize CloudFront as a content delivery network (CDN) and load balancer enhancing the performance and scalability of distributed applications.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
-
Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Terragrunt for efficient provisioning and management of resources across various environments.

Continuous Deployment and Integration:
-
Implement and enhance CI/CD pipelines to automate application deployments using industry best practices and tools.

Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment processes.

GitOps with ArgoCD:
-
Implement GitOps principles using ArgoCD for declarative and versioncontrolled application deployments.

Monitoring and Observability:
-
Set up and maintain monitoring systems using Prometheus and Grafana to ensure realtime visibility into the performance and health of applications and infrastructure.

Logging and Analytics:
-
Implement ELK stack (Elasticsearch Logstash Kibana) for centralized logging and analytics ensuring quick identification and resolution of issues.

Kubernetes Orchestration:
-
Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Kubernetes(focus on EKS) including cluster management scaling and optimization for containerized applications.

Linux Administration:
-
Possess strong Linux skills for system administration and troubleshooting.

Networking:
-
Configure and manage network components ensuring secure communication and optimal connectivity within and outside the infrastructure.
Qualifications:
-
Minimum of 8 years of handson experience in the DevOps domain with a focus on public cloud (AWS).

AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or relevant certifications will be a plus.
-
Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work in a fastpaced and collaborative environment.

Exposure in customer facing application will be a plus.
