Interact with GTM affiliate partners globally to manage production incidents ensuring timely communication of technical details.
-
Act as Tier 1 support partnering with internal WBD teams including TOC and Global Tech engineering to determine mitigation customer impact and facilitate endtoend resolution of partner incidents using PagerDuty.

Partner with GPI (Global Partner Integrations) consumer engineering teams and PMO for launch support.

Participate in hyper care and watch party events providing accurate readouts of partner operations metrics.

Support ongoing health checks and monitoring of partner integrations (STB and SAM).

Collaborate with GPI and WBD teams to identify process improvement opportunities with internal and external stakeholders.
-
Work flexible 24/7 rotating shifts to ensure GPI Ops team maintains global coverage.

Be available for critical outage situations.

Strong expertise in SQL with 68 years of experience including writing complex queries and scripts to analyze large datasets and identify issues.

Experience with operational monitoring tools like Grafana and Kibana and creating dashboards and alerts in Grafana.

Proficiency in building dashboards and using visualization tools like Databricks and Looker.

Monitor troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OAuth JWT and single signon (SSO) solutions.

Proven experience in endtoend testing incident management and working in a production environment.

Strong knowledge of REST APIs and OTT backend systems.
-
Excellent problemsolving skills attention to detail and effective communication and teamwork abilities.
