Job Description:
- Customer service: Greeting customers answering questions and providing information about products and services
- Sales: Recommending products crossselling and using upselling techniques
- Payments: Processing payments refunds and exchanges using the stores pointofsale system
- Stocking: Ensuring racks are stocked and organizing the selling floor
- Merchandise: Demonstrating merchandise selecting options and placing special orders
- Communication: Providing customer feedback to the store manager and staying uptodate on new products and services
- Training: Reading vendor tags and pamphlets attending training classes and staying current on promotional events and sales
