Job Title: Retention Agents Canadian Desk
Location: Albania
Working Hours: 5:00 PM 7:00 PM
Employment Type: Parttime
Eligibility: Local candidates only
Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated Retention Agents for our Canadian Desk to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction. The ideal candidates will communicate effectively with clients addressing their needs and concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with Canadian customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Implement effective retention strategies to increase customer loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify improvement areas.
- Build strong relationships with clients to foster longterm loyalty.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and refine retention initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks.
