Technical Project Manager (Enterprise Client)
Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team and lead critical projects for a major international client in the electronics industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software project management combined with business analysis skills and a proven ability to manage complex projects across different time zones and cultures.
Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Drive all aspects of project planning execution monitoring and closure. Ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders. Proactively manage client expectations and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Technical Expertise: Leverage your understanding of software development and content management systems (ideally Adobe Experience Manager) to guide technical decisionmaking and problemsolving.
- Business Analysis: Elicit analyze and document client requirements. Translate business needs into clear technical specifications and user stories.
- Team Management: Foster a collaborative and highperforming project team environment. Mentor and guide team members to achieve their full potential.
- Risk Management: Identify assess and mitigate project risks proactively. Develop contingency plans to ensure project success.
- Communication: Facilitate effective communication and information flow across all project stakeholders. Conduct regular project meetings and status updates.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to improve project management processes and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven track record: 5 years of experience in technical project management preferably in the software development or content management space.
- Business Analysis skills: Demonstrated ability to gather analyze and document requirements.
- Technical proficiency: Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager or similar content management systems is a plus.
- Global mindset: Experience working with international clients and teams across different time zones and cultures.
- Strong communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and concisely.
- Problemsolving: Proven ability to identify and resolve project issues and risks proactively.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or a related field.
- Certifications: PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.
