Job Title: Technical Support Specialist
This is a New Yok City onsite position.
Duration: 12 months with possibility of extension.
Responsibilities:
The job responsibilities will include the following focus areas
1. Helpdesk Support
2. Technical Troubleshooting
3. System Monitoring
4. User Support
5. Private Equity Compliance
6. Proactive Engagement
Enduser first level support including endpoint hardware and software connectivity user account provisioning and security.
Have good knowledge of enterprise systems like Investran (private equity fund administration system) Workday Salesforce etc.
Should have handson experience in first level support for Azure infrastructure.
Respond and resolve IT issues around basic hardware software and network.
Be able to provide multichannel (voice email ticketing systems and chat) support.
Should be able to proactively escalate to L2/L3 teams for issue resolution.
812 Years of Experience.
Bachelors degree in related field.
