Position Details
- Role: Customer Service Representative
- Project: Automotive Digital Services
- Language Requirement: French (C1native)
- Start Dates: 8th January 2025 & 29th January 2025
- Location: Braga Portugal
- Schedule: 24/7 rotational shifts (Monday to Sunday) with 2 rotational days off per week.
- Contract Type: Permanent (3month probation period).
What Youll Be Doing
- Provide toptier customer service to users of digital automotive services.
- Resolve inquiries and troubleshoot issues via multiple channels (phone email chat).
- Ensure customer satisfaction by offering tailored solutions and empathetic communication.
- Accurately log customer interactions and follow up to ensure problem resolution.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to enhance customer experience.
What Were Looking For
- Languages: German fluency (nativelevel preferred) and proficiency in English is an asset.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication skills and a customercentric mindset.
- Ability to adapt to different shifts and work in a remote setting.
- Excellent problemsolving skills with a detailoriented approach.
- Experience: Prior experience in customer service contact centers or related fields is a plus but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: 830 EUR gross/month (14 months).
- Performance Bonus: 100 EUR gross/month (12 months).
- Meal Allowance: 7.23 EUR per working day.
- Transport Allowance: 20 EUR /month.
- Position Bonus for Braga: 20 EUR gross/year.
- Totaling:EUR gross/year plus a performance bonus of 1200 EUR /year.
- Health Insurance:
- Available from day 1 with an employee contribution.
- Free after 6 months of employment.
