Join Our Culinary Team in Paradise! Our client a prestigious and flourishing hospitality group is in search of dedicated and detailoriented culinary professionals to elevate their team. With a steadfast commitment to excellence and an unwavering passion for delivering unforgettable guest experiences we proudly manage multiple luxury hotels and highend restaurants across the stunning landscapes of Malta each exuding a distinctive and welcoming ambiance. A direct contract is offered by the hotel/restaurant.
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking talented and experienced Chefs at various levels including Commi Chef Sous Chef Demi Chef and Chef de Partie. Applicants should possess expertise in a la carte or buffetstyle culinary operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Showcase culinary mastery and creativity in preparing highquality dishes.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain exceptional standards of food quality and presentation.
- Demonstrate proficiency in various kitchen stations and techniques.
- Ensure consistency in taste appearance and portion control.
- Contribute to menu planning and innovation.
- Uphold rigorous hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Adapt to a dynamic culinary environment catering to both a la carte and buffet service styles.
Requirements:
- Proven experience of a minimum of 2 years in a 5star hotel or highend restaurant environment.
- Culinary qualifications and relevant certifications.
- Mastery of a la carte and buffet service styles.
- Creativity and passion for culinary excellence.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication skills within a collaborative team setting.
