Cross Border Talents is looking for an Italian speaking Telesales Representative to relocate to Lisbon and work for a project of one of the largest telecommunications service providers in Switzerland.

The job
As an Inbound Telesales Representatives you will be responsible for closing sales different subscriptions and products over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. You will present the best offers we have by doing upselling and cross selling
Even better if:
- You are comfortable to presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
- You have ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- You have a dynamic / sunny and highly proactive personality able to handle rejection.
- You have strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
- You enjoy delivering results in a fastpaced environment that is targetbased.
The activities
Part of your daily activities include:
- Receiving inbound calls
- Sell offers to Customers
- Answering questions about products or subscriptions
- Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Interact with the customer to understand the new needs and new requests
Further information
- 40 Hours per week Monday to Friday.
- Holiday and Christmas bonuses.
- Accommodation: You have the option of living in a room in one of our companyrented apartments at least for the first 14 months of your stay. The apartments are fully equipped and furnished including kitchen living room with cable TV and wireless internet and all expenses are paid for by the company. The apartments are typically between 2060min away from the workplace.
- Salary:Euros.
