We are seeking a talented and experienced Process Engineer to join our remote team and contribute to our mission of improving patient outcomes.
Job Description
As a Remote Process Engineer you will play a crucial role in optimizing our operational processes enhancing efficiency and ensuring the highest standards of quality and patient
safety. Your responsibilities will include:
* Process Analysis and Improvement: Conduct indepth analysis of existing processes to identify bottlenecks inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Develop and implement innovative solutions to streamline workflows and reduce operational costs.
* Process Design and Development: Design and develop new processes procedures and standards to support the growth and evolution of our organization. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals and operational requirements.
* Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain robust quality assurance systems to monitor and control process performance. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address quality issues.
* Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data analytics tools to collect analyze and interpret process data. Generate insightful reports to inform decisionmaking and identify opportunities for optimization.
* Project Management: Lead and manage process improvement projects including planning execution and monitoring. Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and successful project completion.
* Regulatory Compliance: Stay uptodate with relevant industry regulations and standards. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate documentation.
Qualifications
* Bachelors degree in Engineering (Chemical Mechanical Industrial or related field)
* 5 years of experience in process engineering preferably in the healthcare industry
* Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
* Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel SQL Python)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Experience with Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies
