Must have:
At least three years prior experience in public accounting
Stable work history
Experience working in an Accounting/CPA firm that works with midsize companies and
high net worth individuals
Experience with assurance engagements (compilations reviews and audits)
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to articulate
complex information
Ensure compliance with laws regulations standards and practices (technical knowledge of
GAAP and GAAS)
Minimum 5 years of experience with the following skills listed
Nice to have:
CPA
QuickBooks Desktop and Online
Microsoft Office in particular Excel and Word
Caseware
Datasnipper

Plan lead and execute assurance engagements (compilations reviews and audits)
Analyze and assess financial statements and internal controls
Identify areas of risk and recommend improvements
Supervise train and mentor junior team members providing them with constructive feedback
Handle and prepare complex transactions and work with clients on technical matters
Ensure compliance with laws regulations standards and practices (technical knowledge of GAAP and GAAS)
Foster client relationships to ensure information is gathered and matters are resolved within a timely and effective manner
Perform other jobrelated duties as necessary
