Salary: Up to $135000 base salary 12% bonus

- 4 days inoffice / 1 day workfromhome (WFH) starting January

- Total workforce: 850 employees (blue and whitecollar mix)
- Client group: 250 employees covering warehouse and administration
HR Team Structure:
- Part of a newly established HR team of 11 led by the National HR Manager
- Reporting to Senior HRBP this role is one of three HR Business Partner roles
Key Responsibilities
- Provide broad HR support across recruitment employee relations (ER) and industrial relations (IR)
- Interpret awards and manage employee relations for a mixed workforce
- Oversee recruitment processes for various roles within the client group
Required Skills and Experience
- Solid experience in a generalist HR role
- Proven ability to interpret awards and navigate complex ER/IR matters
- Some depth of experience in remuneration practices is beneficial
