As a sales & business development manager optical at KOMONO you have the unique opportunity to oversee and grow our international sales. Your primary focus will be managing a network of 25 agents across Europe. By developing and implementing strategic sales plans your goal is clear: to double revenue in several key markets. Regular visits to agents and clients in various countries allow you to evaluate performance and strengthen partnerships.
Growth often requires bold decisions. You bring the insight and courage to part ways with underperforming collaborations and make strategic changes in the agent network. With your expertise you will play a key role in driving ambitious revenue growth – from four million to twenty million in the optical segment within five years.

Extensive experience in international sales management in the optical industry. You are familiar with selling to opticians in a European or global context. To make the right decisions and optimize performance you also have experience managing external agents.
Strong networking skills within the optical industry to establish and maintain strategic partnerships. You also have strong communication skills and negotiate effectively.
You have a handson mentality and take proactive initiatives on your own to implement strategy.
Additionaly you have strategic thinking skills and the ability to develop and execute sales plans.
Your flexibility and adaptability allow you to work with different personalities given the diversity of agents and clients. You thoroughly understand what drives a sales agent to results.
You are decisive to make strategic decisions quickly and effectively especially in a dynamic and rapidly changing market.
