Job Description
Title: Business Analyst (Only on W2)
Location: Columbus OH (Remote Opportunity However would need a local candidature who will need to travel to the client location when required)
Duration: 6 Months Contract Opportunity

Job Opportunity:
Looking for BA who would need to gather and analyze information from stakeholders business owners customers and management to determine needs expectations project requirements and priorities for implementing information technology (IT) processes and solutions.
During the interview process with the ODPS staff the resource consultant must demonstrate competence/experience in their specific area(s) of project assignment. The resources experience must also be documented for review and verification. Offered resources not showing technical or functional competence/experience will be sufficient reason to reject the Offerors proposal. It is the responsibility of the Offeror to prescreen their candidates to ensure compliance. Resource will have a background check conducted by ODPS.

- Have excellent organizational skills proven analytical planning problemsolving and decisionmaking skills and with the ability to break down complex business needs into actionable requirements.
- Adaptability and openness to feedback in an Agile environment
- Must be knowledgeable in the English language/speak clearly and understandably use the English language.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Four (4) years experience as a Business Systems Analyst within the past eight (8) years.
- Four (4) years experience eliciting and defining system and user requirements through observation interviews and analysis.
- Four (4) years experience working directly with endusers to define requirements and provide technical advice and assistance in a largescale environment.
- Four (4) years experience translating customer needs into formal business requirements.
- Three (3) years experience interviewing nontechnical end users to determine and document current business process flows.
- Two (2) years experience in Business Process Reengineering.
- Three (3) years experience using Visio to create business process flows including standard flowcharts and swim lane diagrams.
- Three (3) years experience creating test conditions test cases and test scenarios.
- Four (4) years experience analyzing enduser needs and conducting fit gap analysis.
- Documented experience as a technical Business Analyst from project initiation through completion on a minimum of two (2) software development or implementation projects requiring a minimum of two thousand (2000) Fulltime Equivalent (FTE)hours to complete.
- Documented experience using project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project or Clarity) to develop and maintain a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) on a minimum of two (2) projects.
- Four (4) years experience using a business requirements tracking tool for recording and prioritization of business requirements.
- Documented experience in systems process and data mapping requirements gathering and analysis as well as proficiency in the creation of detailed documentation.
- Needs to show at least 1 experience with a large organization as ODPS.
- Must have maintained project documentation in collaboration tools such as Microsoft Azure DevOps or JIRA etc.
- Needs to have three (3) years of experience in Agile environments (Scrum Kanban) in at least one organization. Strong understanding and experience with Agile frameworks particularly Scrum.
