Job Description
ERP SAVVY are looking for an experienced SAP S/4 HANA PP/QM Execution Architect to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for designing implementing and optimizing production planning and quality management processes within the SAP S/4HANA ecosystem. Your expertise will help ensure seamless integration and efficient operations across our manufacturing and quality assurance functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design and Architecture: Provide architectural oversight for master data including Bills of Materials (BOMs) Work Centers Routing and Inspection Plans.
- Business Process Integration: Ensure seamless integration of PP and QM with other SAP modules including MM (Materials Management) SD (Sales and Distribution) and EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).
- Implementation and Configuration: Configure SAP PP and QM modules including production orders process orders inspection lots and results recording.
- Optimization: Implement and optimize MRP Live DemandDriven MRP (DDMRP) and capacity leveling functionalities.
- Quality Management: Support the deployment of inprocess quality checks nonconformance management and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) workflows.
- Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of configurations processes and any changes made.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience: 12 years of experience in SAP PP and QM configuration and implementation with a proven track record in S/4HANA implementations or migrations.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in SAP PP features like MRP Live Production Scheduling Board and Demand Planning. Strong knowledge of SAP QM processes including inspection planning quality notifications and results recording.
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills strong communication abilities and the capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
- Additional Skills: Familiarity with SAP Fiori CDS views and embedded analytics. Experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) is a plus.
