Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Tester with expertise in Automation Testing specifically using Selenium Java and SQL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining automated test scripts to ensure the quality and performance of software applications. This role requires a deep understanding of automation testing frameworks strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a testing team to deliver highquality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Automation Testing:
- Design develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium Java and SQL.
- Create execute and manage automated test cases to ensure software quality and performance.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure the automation suite covers all test cases effectively.
- Enhance and optimize existing automated test scripts for improved efficiency.

Test Case Development & Execution:
- Develop detailed comprehensive and wellstructured test cases based on requirements and use cases.
- Execute test scripts to validate functionality performance security and compatibility across applications.
- Identify record and document any issues found during testing.

Integration & Continuous Testing:
- Integrate automated test scripts into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
- Work with DevOps and development teams to ensure testing processes align with deployment cycles and project timelines.

Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with developers QA teams and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Report on test execution status defects and key findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other testers to ensure high levels of test coverage and software quality.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports with insights and suggestions for improvements.
- Track defect life cycle and ensure timely resolution by communicating with development teams.
Required Skills:

Automation Testing Expertise:
- Strong proficiency in Automation Testing specifically using Selenium.
- Experience in Java for developing test scripts.
- Expertise in writing and optimizing SQL queries for database validation and verification.

Test Automation Frameworks:
- Experience with various test automation frameworks such as TestNG JUnit or similar.
- Familiarity with Page Object Model (POM) design pattern and automation best practices.

Continuous Integration & Delivery:
- Handson experience integrating automation test suites into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins GitLab CI etc.
- Knowledge of version control systems primarily Git.

Bug Tracking & Reporting:
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as JIRA or similar.
- Ability to document and report issues in a detailed and structured manner.

Collaboration & Agile Methodologies:
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the ability to work in Agile sprint cycles.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with crossfunctional teams.

Testing Tools & Techniques:
- Experience with additional testing tools such as Postman Rest Assured JUnit and TestNG.
- Knowledge of performance testing tools is a plus.
