Job Description
Job Title: ServiceNow HRSD Developer
Location: Hybrids Sunnyvale CA 94086 Local Only
Duration: 6 Month Contract
Interview mode: Phone and Skype
Visa: USC AND GC (W2 Only)

Description:
- This is fast moving req Manager wants to hire a person ASAP.
- Manager will give first preference to the local candidates first.
- Looking an experienced ServiceNow Developer
- Good working knowledge with ServiceNow Domain
- Strong Experience in JavaScript HTML CSS Angular Bootstrap and good web design practices.
- Glide Script (Must)
- Restful
- SOAP
- 4 to 5 years of real time experience and on some complicated issues. (At least recent 2 to 3 years exp with HRSD)

- HRSD ITSM Service Portal Technologies

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Configuration/Coding which includes UI changes Workflows Reports data Imports Integrations scripting custom application development
- Developing Service Request process flow with respective to User requirements by utilizing Service Catalog Workflow Events Notifications.
- Develop reusable utilities to maintain lowcode.
- Develop Service Portal according the user requirements for custom application utilizing ServiceNow Platform tools/modules.
- Responsible for developing the ServiceNow applications which includes automation of processes customizations Integrations (SOAP/REST) scheduled events Serverside/Clientside scripting AngularJS to meet the Business requirements.
- Create and maintain system technical design and specifications documentation.
- Setup report using advance report and performance analytics module in ServiceNow Platform.
- Must analyze and fully understand user requirements and current procedures to improve system capabilities automate process workflows and address scheduling limitations throughout the development and delivery of the ServiceNow roadmap
- Performs system and integration testing by providing test data for respective scenarios developed.
- Providing support to Analysts on the technical feasibilities or data.
Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Strong Experience in JavaScript HTML CSS Angular Bootstrap and good web design practices.
- Strong Experience in Glide Script Rest SOAP Webservices
- Knowledge of integrating with internal and external applications and systems
- Proven track record in ITSM HRSD Performance Analytics AppEngine for Scoped Applications ITBM Service Portal technologies
- Strong understanding of HRSD framework and processing (Case Routing Security HR criteria)
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
- Ability to demonstrate analytical and problemsolving skills
- Ability to successfully design develop and support webbased applications and websites
- Ability to work on multiple overlapping projects
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
