Job Description

Job Description:

We are looking for Program Mgmt. Analyst for R&D programs you will play a key role in supporting the Advanced Patient Monitoring Business Unit strategy by managing projects of varying complexity. You will work closely with your manager to drive program success through effective project integration scope time and cost management as well as risk mitigation. Your strong leadership communication skills and ability to foster team development will be essential to navigating complex projects involving hardware electronics software algorithms materials sensors disposables packaging clinical studies regulatory approvals and design transfer.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project schedules and action item trackers
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues providing necessary resources
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between crossfunctional teams
  • Support project team members and ensure effective communication
  • Build and maintain relationships with project stakeholders
  • Utilize project management tools and methods to ensure project success
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans from initiation to delivery
  • Organize and integrate crossfunctional activities to ensure projects meet deadlines and budget constraints

Required Skills:

  • At least 2 years of experience in project management for new product development preferably in a regulated industry
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field (technical degree preferred)
  • Experience managing projects in the medical device industry including software firmware hardware and disposable components
  • Strong knowledge of medical device regulations and the product development process
  • Excellent organizational communication and documentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Project Excel Word and PowerPoint
  • Project management certification is a plus
