Are you an experienced hospitality leader with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service A wellestablished upscale casual restaurant chain is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Assistant Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in restaurant management and make an impact in a growing thriving dining environment with strong sales profits and expanding locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of the fullservice restaurant.
  • Lead and guide restaurant staff to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Train mentor and motivate team members to meet highperformance standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Monitor inventory and collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies.
  • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Analyze financial reports including sales labor and inventory to maximize profitability.
  • Enforce health and safety regulations ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Support staff scheduling to optimize labor efficiency while maintaining service quality.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives and community events to increase restaurant visibility and customer loyalty.
Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of assistant management experience in a fullservice restaurant.
  • No more than 2 employers in the last 5 years or 3 employers in the last 9 years (exceptions for closed or sold restaurants).
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage motivate and train a diverse team.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to handle highpressure situations.
  • Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Selfmotivated with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Proficient in inventory control and basic financial tasks.
  • Creative approach to building sales and working with the community.
  • Solid understanding of finances budgeting and accounting in a restaurant setting.
