Title: Mainframe Developer with COBOL
Location: Omaha NE (5 Days Onsite)
Job Type: C2C/Fulltime
Job Description:
Technical Skills:
- Should have experience in Mainframe Application Development along with strong handson Cobol JCL VSAM Db2 and Mainframe Utilities CICS.
- Ability to design code unit test turnover implement and support the changes.
- Experience with Payments or Cards Domain (Good To Have)
Functional Skills:
Strong ability to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical specification.
Ability to design code unit test turnover implement and support the changes.
Writing and executing the unit test scenarios/cases to ensure the code quality and reliability.
Deep understanding of all lifecycle components (code test deploy)
Troubleshooting and debugging code to resolve technical issues.
Optimizing application performance to ensure efficient use of software resources.
Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
