Job Description
Job Title: Lead QA/Tester(US Citizens only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the endtoend testing process for web mobile and/or desktop applications.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans test cases and test scripts based on functional and technical requirements.
- Coordinate and mentor a team of QA engineers ensuring highquality output and adherence to timelines.
- Perform manual and automated testing (functional regression performance and security testing).
- Analyze test results document defects and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
- Define and implement testing standards methodologies and best practices.
- Review and improve existing testing processes to enhance product quality and testing efficiency.
- Act as a point of contact for all QArelated matters providing regular updates and reports to leadership and stakeholders.
- Continuously identify and mitigate risks related to product quality.
- Stay up to date with industry trends tools and technologies to ensure the use of best practices.
- Proven experience as a QA Tester or QA Engineer.
- Strong expertise in manual and automated testing processes and tools (e.g. Selenium QTP LoadRunner JMeter).
- Deep understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum Kanban) and testing best practices.
- Proficient in writing and executing test cases defect tracking and test management tools (e.g. Jira TestRail HP ALM).
- Experience leading and mentoring a team of QA professionals with strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and related tools.
- Solid understanding of web technologies APIs databases and web services.
- Strong knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. Python JavaScript Shell scripting) for automation.
- Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and articulate complex issues clearly.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
