Job Description
Requires ten or more years corporate legal experience at a top law firm or in an inhouse corporate legal department.
Undergraduate and Law degrees; admission to State Bar
Length of contract: 6 months possible extension to 1 year
Facility Location: Remote Select candidates in these states: CT NY NJ NC MA FL PA TX
Interview process: Round 1: 30 min video interview with Meredith Round 2: 30 min interview w/ Roxanna & Karen McCarthy
Shift Schedule: Prefers a candidate who can work east coast hours open to all time zones but PST. MondayFriday
Shift Hours: 85 or 95

Senior inhouse corporate law attorney with current experience
Must have experience as an attorney in the pharmaceutical industry
The focus of this contractor will be on contracts so strong contracting experience specifically in areas involving clinical trials and commercial
What is the primary focuses of this role if defined in a chart:
Looking for an experienced senior lawyer with current corporate inhouse experience.
Has experience working in a pharmaceutical corporate environment
Has good experience with regulatory distribution supply commercial and payer agreements CROs and clinical trial experience.
Would really like someone with strong supply and distribution agreement experience
Broad pharma expert would be a plus.
