Rad Tech

Position: Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech)
Location: Sacramento CA
Pay Scale: $3100 to $3200/week

Shift: Nights

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures including Xrays CT scans MRIs and other related tests ensuring highquality images are obtained for physicians review.
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Review and assess images to confirm clarity completeness and proper positioning.
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment ensuring all equipment is functioning correctly.
• Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans related to diagnostic imaging.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and radiation safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate patient records documenting procedures diagnoses and any complications.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure efficient patient flow and optimal care outcomes.
• Provide patient education on procedures what to expect and aftercare instructions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Radiologic Tech experience in a hospital or clinical setting Required
• ARRT certification and state licensure Required
• Strong knowledge of radiologic procedures and safety protocols Required
• Previous travel experience Highly Preferred
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification Required
• Experience with CT and/or MRI imaging Highly Preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
• Traveler must have their own vehicle for this assignment.
