EUPD Research is seeking a proactive and detailoriented International Sales Assistant to support our sales operations on a global scale. In this role you will act as a vital link between our sales marketing and customer service teams ensuring the seamless execution of sales processes efficient client communication and a high level of customer satisfaction.
This position is ideal for an individual with strong organizational skills excellent communication abilities and a collaborative mindset who thrives in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
Tasks
Sales Support & Coordination
- Prepare for sales appointments and assist sales representatives during the negotiation phase.
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
- Coordinate administrative tasks such as drafting contracts processing orders and preparing proposals.
- Responsible for the creation coordination and performance reporting of all sales campaign content.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain and update customer files ensuring accurate and comprehensive information.
- Monitor customer portfolios to identify opportunities for engagement and retention.
- Support the promotion of products and services during commercial campaigns offering recommendations and tailored advice.
Collaboration & Strategy
- Act as a liaison between the sales and marketing teams ensuring alignment in strategies and execution.
- Contribute to the development of new offers and participate in team meetings to share insights and feedback.
Requirements
- Experience: A minimum of one year in a sales assistant or related administrative role; experience in international trade or as a sales representative is a plus.
- Comfortable with internetbased tools email platforms and commercial software.
- Ability to analyse and synthesize data effectively to aid decisionmaking.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in an additional language is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers partners and internal teams.
- Detailoriented: Ensures accuracy in administrative tasks and data management.
- Adaptable: Thrives in a dynamic fastpaced environment with shifting priorities.
- Autonomous: Demonstrates independence in handling tasks and decisionmaking.
- Stressresilient: Maintains composure and productivity under pressure.
