Tasks
- Develop and create engaging shortform video content for TikTok Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Analyze social media trends and identify viral opportunities to increase engagement and reach.
- Collaborate with and manage a community of content creators to ensure a consistent flow of fresh content.
- Work on social media strategies to optimize audience growth and platform engagement.
- Stay updated on the latest platform changes and algorithm updates to ensure maximum impact.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies for better results
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing Communications Media Studies or a related field.
- Fluent in both German and English.
- A deep understanding of TikTok Instagram and YouTube trends and their audiences.
- Creativity and a handson approach to ideation content creation and execution.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passionate about social media with a natural curiosity to experiment and innovate.
- Experience with short form video creation with the potential to go viral
