Overview:
TekWissen is a global workforce management provider headquartered in Ann Arbor Michigan that offers strategic talent solutions to our clients worldwide. Our client is a company operating a marketplace for consumers sellers and content creators. It offers merchandise and content purchased for resale from vendors and those offered by thirdparty sellers.
Job Title: Business Analyst II
Location: Bellevue WA 98004
Duration: 3 Months

Job Description:
- Reviews analyses and evaluates business systems and user needs.
- Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies.
- Writes detailed description of user needs program functions and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.
- May require a bachelors degree in a related area and 46 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Familiar with relational database concepts and clientserver concepts.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
- May lead and direct the work of others.
- May report directly to a project lead or manager.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Story Behind the Need Business Group & Key Projects:
Business Group/Team Culture:
- Contractors will be working on sprint basis once every two weeks
- Tasks requirements are end to end
- HM manages from allocation stand point
- EBRs how many of the tasks can be done
- Good mix of BB & CW
- Great supportive team
- Gradual increase of tasks as they get more familiar with systems.
- Majority of tasks will be on a varied sprint cycle
- Not a big project but very immediate tasks that need to be done and can be completed in a two week time frame.
Typical Day in the Role:
Day to Day:
- Every other week Fridays will be hosting sprint call
- So come Monday they will go through list of tasks partner with the stakeholders understand the requirements align with stakeholders.
- Go work on logic if its brand new
- Or update an existing logic
- Work through tools (redshift extract data and load it onto quick site reporting tool)
- Very technical expecting a good number of skills from a SQL stand point
- HM will be teaching business as a priority.
Interaction level with team:
- HM syncs every day for 30 min for first month to get past any blockers and ensure success
- As time progresses HM will move to two times a week or once a week.
- Every other week entire team has meeting
- Can always reach out to HM for guidance

Degrees or Certs:
- None required but BA is mandatory for FT offer.
Mandatory Skills:
- Writing SQL coding
- Need to know SQL with SQL knowledge pretty open on anything else
Top 3 musthave hard skills
- SQL
- Experience with reporting tool (Tableaux or quick site)
- 46 years of SQL coding
