Your Role as Sales Manager: Sales Leadership - Develop and execute strategies to acquire new business focusing on larger corporate accounts.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through networking targeted outreach and consistent followups.
- Lead and inspire the sales team by assigning tasks setting clear goals and providing guidance and motivation.
Operational Excellence - Collaborate with operations to ensure commitments to clients are met flawlessly.
- Oversee daily processes such as sales data management customer service workflows and HR coordination.
Customer Satisfaction - Foster a customerfocused culture by promptly addressing client concerns and delivering exceptional service.
Training and Development - Onboard new sales team members and provide ongoing training to help achieve and exceed sales targets.
Problem Solving - Identify and address challenges proactively to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Performance Management - Conduct performance evaluations recognize achievements and guide team members to improve.
Decision Making - Serve as a key leader making critical decisions in the absence of upper management to ensure smooth operations.
Who You Are: - Experience: 3 years of proven sales and management experience (required).
- Leadership Skills: A natural leader with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Problem Solver: Strong communication and customer service skills with a focus on resolving challenges.
- TechSavvy: Organized and proficient in handling multiple priorities.
- Bilingual: Spanish fluency is a plus but not required.
- Work Ethic: Eager to thrive in a collaborative inperson environment from Monday to Friday.
