POSITION DETAILS:
- Start Date: Dive into your teaching adventure right away upon completing the recruitment process.
- Teaching Hours: Peak hours from Monday to Sunday 11 AM to 1 PM Lisbon time (minimum 12 hours per week) plus weekend options.
- Students: Engage with bright young minds aged 411 years old from China creating dynamic oneonone learning experiences.
- Class Duration: Deliver impactful lessons in 25 and 55minute sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.
- Remuneration: Receive a competitive base rate of $12 USD per hour.
- Contract Type: Join us as an Independent Service Provider enjoying the freedom and flexibility of remote work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage students with captivating English lessons fostering their curiosity and enthusiasm for learning.

- Lead discussions assess performance and provide constructive feedback to support student growth and development.
Requirements
APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors Degree or higher: Show your commitment to education and continuous learning.
- Accredited 120hour or above TEFL TESOL CELTA or TEYL: Demonstrate your dedication to excellence in English language teaching.
- 2 years of teaching experience: Share your wealth of knowledge and expertise with our eager students.
- English first language speakers: From the USA or Canada bringing authentic language and cultural insights to the classroom.
- Computer literacy: Navigate virtual teaching platforms with ease and confidence.
- Engaging communication skills: Connect with students and inspire them to reach their full potential.
- Punctual and aligned with our values: Embrace our mission to provide highquality education and support to every student every day.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- PC: Ensure your device meets our specifications including an Intel Core i5 CPU @2.0GHz (4 CPUs) or greater and 8GB RAM or more.
- Backup power: Stay connected with an uninterrupted power supply (UPS) for 45 hours ensuring smooth teaching sessions even during power outages (nonnegotiable if you stay in an area with regular power interruptions).
- Internet: Ensure you have a stable cable or fibre connection delivering a minimum of 20 Mbps upload and download speeds.
- Accessories: Equip yourself with noisecanceling headsets and an HD web camera and create a tidy welllit and quiet teaching environment to optimize student engagement and learning.
