Job Title: Project Coordinator III
Client: Medical Device Manufacturing Company
Duration: 1 Year
Location: Boulder CO 80301
Working Shift: 1st Shift (3 days a week)
Technical Skills:
Must Have:
- Ability to multitask
- Skilled in planning organizing and coordinating projects
- Proficient in MS Word Excel PowerPoint Teams
Job Description:
Top 3 things I am looking for in a candidates experience:
- Project Coordination experience (preferred in medical device field but not required).
- Organized with strong attention to detail.
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Top 3 Tasks or Responsibilities:
- Coordination of user documentation including gathering inputs redlining routing through PLM systems and uploading to the eManuals platform.
- Regularly attend project meetings and manage deliverables.
- Track and manage project deliverables across multiple projects.
Education Required: Bachelors
Experience Required: 35 years
Responsibilities:
Assist in the development/release of user documentation for eIFU projects. Crosscollaborate with teams to align requirements timelines and deliverables. Work independently and handle diverse project needs.
