Sales and Service Cloud report/dashboard building proficiency.
Should have Service Cloud OmniChannel implementation experience.
Proficiency in SAQL (Salesforce Analytics Query Language) dataflows datasets lenses dashboards and stories in Salesforce Einstein Analytics.
Strong understanding of data modelling ETL (Extract Transform Load) processes and data visualization best practices.
Integrate Salesforce CRM Analytics with external data sources including Salesforce CRM data Snowflake and other thirdparty applications.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
Must have created and leveraged Salesforce platform best practices along with coding and design guidelines.
