Job Description Client is seeking a detailoriented Administrative Assistant to support the Accounts Payable team with Fiscal Yearend activities. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills familiarity with accounting principles and experience in a hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities - Organize file retrieve and maintain vendor payment files and other records.
- Provide general information to staff departments and vendors.
- Prepare and scan vendor payment documents into the digital filing system.
- Handle and distribute daily mail and correspondence for the Business Office.
- Reconcile Accounts Payable documents invoices and statements.
- Maintain accurate Accounts Payable records.
- Perform general office duties including scanning copying and mail management.
- Collaborate effectively in a team setting.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Proficiency with office equipment (scanning copying).
- Familiarity with accounting and Accounts Payable terminology.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience working in a hospital environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.
