Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Associate
Location: Springdale AR 72764 (Onsite)
Duration: 3 Months (Possible Extension or Hire)

Shift: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (Sun Tues every other Saturday)
Training Schedule: Mon Fri 8:00 AM 5:00 PM for at least 3 weeks

Job Summary

The Customer Service Associate (CSA) serves as the primary liaison between carriers customers and sales teams ensuring seamless communication and superior service for assigned accounts. This role requires expertise in transportation dispatch systems and the ability to analyze customer needs resolve issues efficiently and foster strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact between Supply Chain and assigned customers.
  • Analyze and resolve customer inquiries promptly leveraging dispatch and scheduling systems such as TES LME FOUR KITES OTR Retailix Retail Link UNFI and One Network.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams and external customers to support seamless delivery processes.
  • Stay updated on internal policies customer procedures and logistics tools to provide tailored and costeffective solutions.
  • Address and resolve delivery issues proactively to ensure positive customer experiences and ontime deliveries.
  • Handle a high volume of email communication (300 daily) with efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in transportation or logistics.
  • Experience: 1 3 years of handson experience in transportation dispatch or logistics.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office; excellent written verbal and interpersonal communication; strong problemsolving multitasking negotiation and conflict management skills.
  • Attributes: Positive attitude attention to detail and a customercentric approach.
