Job Title: Training Administrator/Coordinator III
Location: Wichita KS 67213
Duration: 12 Months Contract with the possibility of extension
Shift Details: 1st Shift
Pay Range: $30/h $32/h on W2
Job Description:
Job Summary (Highlevel Overview) Performs a variety of tactical tasks to support training activities such as support webbased learning systems Information Technology (IT) computer software or hardware and coordinating training programs.
Duties can be complex and deal with technical support critical administrative tasks coordinating facility logistics/equipment/training aids and maintaining information in various systems and interaction with external business partners. Deal with proprietary or confidential information regarding company and channel partner activities and provide fundamental training relevant to Learning Management System Administration at the channel partner level.
Provide a variety of tactical tasks to support training activities like webbased learning systems information technology computer software or hardware and coordinating training programs.
Support training staff in a variety of ways such as providing support materials documenting administering processes purchasing or being a resource on specialized training issues.
May assist in development and delivery of training to channel partners company personnel and customers.
Works collaboratively with training staff and channel partners company personnel and customers on issues relating to their support and coordination role within training.
Handles telephone support customer and channel partner phone calls and provides Tier 2 support to resolve issues with channel partners customers and field personnel. Makes decisions and provides recommendations to Learning Service Provider(s).
Utilizes selected processes and tools to assist instructors and managers in the processing of relevant communications training materials and/or reports.
Monitors transaction activity on Learning Management System and reconciles revenues and expenses to appropriate course and account and execute the appropriate chargeback method for the user.
Assist in marketing or filling classes by analyzing upcoming rosters and provide telemarketing support. Generate reports for supervisors and managers to take appropriate actions.
Assist with shipping deliveries catering and service/supplier management for facility operations.
OTHER DUTIES NOT NOTED IN JOB DESCRIPTION:
Serve as a link between customers suppliers and other departments to assure responsiveness to customer and business needs.
Manage administrative functions related to invoicing outside suppliers procurements/expenditures as it relates to Purchase Orders and budget.
Interface with other Company units and departments on issues related to area of responsibility.
Manage Training Center assets including Company vehicles.
Schedule all R4 US and Canada and CDIP classes.
Manage R4 Scheduling Form on SharePoint.
For someone to be successful must have: Soft Skills (People/Communication)/Time Management/Attention to details. Previous Office Coordinator experience.
