The Triage Specialist will be responsible for managing and resolving daytoday operational issues within the Talent Acquisition (TA) function. This role will handle incoming inquiries and troubleshooting requests streamline issue intake and coordinate responses across teams to minimize delays and prevent recurring issues. This position enables TA leadership to focus on strategic priorities by addressing tactical operational needs promptly.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all TArelated issues and inquiries including troubleshooting and resolving issues with Workday Smart Recruiters background check processes and other TA systems.
Develop and implement a streamlined issue intake and tracking system to monitor and manage all TA issues from submission to resolution.
Utilizes prior experience with SCRUM/Agile or similar project management methodologies to track and manage issues/open items.
Collaborate with HR IT and TA teams to resolve system errors candidate issues and onboarding delays ensuring accurate and timely communication.
Conduct initial triage of each issue assessing priority level assigning it to the appropriate person or team and following up to ensure resolution.
Create and maintain a knowledge base of common issues solutions and processes for easy reference by the TA team and stakeholders.
Track and analyze issue trends to identify patterns and opportunities for process improvement reducing future issues and minimizing tactical burden on the TA team.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience).
3 years of experience in a highvolume customerfocused role within HR recruiting or operations.
Strong problemsolving skills with experience handling technical and operational issues.
Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems (Workday Smart Recruiters preferred) and experience troubleshooting within these systems.
Familiarity with SCRUM/Agile or similar project management frameworks for tracking and managing several different open items/issues at one time.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively across teams and provide clear issue updates.
Organized and detailoriented with experience managing multiple priorities.
