Job Description:
We are seeking a System Administrator to manage IT asset documentation support and technical troubleshooting. This role involves coordination and communication regarding asset management as well as providing Level 2 support for hardware and software issues. The ideal candidate will have experience with relevant IT management tools and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and track Chain of Custody documentation for surplus equipment.
- Prepare surplus equipment for proper disposal according to state requirements.
- Provide technical guidance for procurement and asset management.
- Manage Service Desk tickets requiring Level 2 asset management support.
- Utilize Microsoft SCCM and ServiceNow for reporting and troubleshooting.
