Position: DECAL CAPS Project Coordinator
Location: Atlanta GA (30334)
Client: State of Georgia
Duration: 12 Months
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join a dynamic team focused on managing and supporting project initiatives. This role involves close collaboration with project leadership and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing project scope goals and deliverables.
- Maintain project documentation and central repository for all projectrelated materials.
- Support the development and tracking of project schedules and status reports.
- Coordinate meetings document action items and facilitate communication among stakeholders.
- Utilize Microsoft Office SharePoint and project management software effectively.
Technical Skills Required:
- Proven experience as an IT Project Coordinator (2 years)
- Intermediate skills in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Proficiency with Project Management software
- Intermediate skills in SharePoint
- Strong communication and organizational skills
