Job Description:
We are seeking a Technical Specialist to serve as a service owner for JAMF Microsoft 365 and Citrix XenMobile. This hybrid position requires the candidate to be onsite 23 days a week. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering JAMF software for Apple Mac devices leading Microsoft 365 upgrades and managing Citrix XenMobile environments for over 1000 devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and control JAMF software for Apple Mac devices.
- Lead enterpriselevel deployments and upgrades for Microsoft 365.
- Manage Citrix XenMobile environments and support over 1000 devices.
- Handle Active Directory group policies and application packaging.
- Provide level 3 support and consultation for technical issues.
