Job Description
Location: Des Plaines IL hybrid work environment
Base Salary: $90100K base plus bonus depending on experience
Job Summary: This position is an individual contributor and will support multiple aspects of HR operations including employee relations talent acquisition performance management benefits administration compliance and more.
Key Points & Responsibilities:
- 7 plus years of progressive HR experience preferably in a generalist capacity
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience if no degree
- Must have strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations including FMLA ADA FLSA and EEO
- PHR or SHRM certification is required
- Experience as a key point of contact for employee relations providing guidance on performance management
- Work with both hourly and professional employee levels in manufacturing and corporate locations
- Experience with management to address employee development workforce planning and organizational design needs
- Lead and manage recruitment efforts for key positions including interviewing and onboarding
