We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with expertise in Java to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 10 years of experience and proficiency in Jenkins GITHUB Docker Maven JSP JBoss Java 8 and Java
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain applications using Java ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and ship new features.
Utilize Jenkins for continuous integration and continuous deployment to streamline development processes.
Manage source code using GITHUB ensuring code quality and version control.
Implement containerization using Docker to enhance application scalability and deployment.
Use Maven for project build and dependency management ensuring smooth project execution.
Develop serverside logic using JSP and JBoss to support frontend functionalities.
Ensure compatibility and optimization of applications for Java 8 and Java 11 environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to maintain application stability.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a collaborative team environment.
Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development processes
