Responsibilities :
Lead the financial operations team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of SAP FICO systems focusing on Product Costing and Internal Orders.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on financial data analysis.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimize financial processes and improve efficiency.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
Monitor and analyze financial performance identifying areas for improvement.
Lead the financial operations team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Provide training and support to team members on SAP FICO systems and financial processes.
Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed. Utilize SC Intelligence and Planning skills to enhance financial decisionmaking. Drive continuous improvement in financial operations and systems.

Qualifications
11 to 15 years of experience and will be responsible for overseeing financial operations and ensuring the effective use of SAP FICO systems.
Demonstrate expertise in SAP FICO Product Costing and Internal Orders.
Have experience in SC Intelligence and Planning within the consumer goods sector.
Show strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Hold a relevant certification such as SAP Certified Application Associate
Financial Accounting with SAP ERP. Display a proactive and resultsoriented approach to financial management.
Be capable of working effectively in a hybrid work model.
Have a strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
Be proficient in budgeting forecasting and financial analysis.
Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Demonstrate the ability to lead and mentor a financial operations team.
Be adept at using financial software and tools to drive business success.
