Job Title: CDP Architect with hands on experience Microsoft Customer Insights CDP Architect Responsibilities Build the overarching strategy and highlevel plan for CDP implementation ingestion from data sources customer profile synthetization into traits and audiences journey orchestration and integration with downstream systems. Should be able to design and build integration with external systems/data sources leveraging the CDP integration features. Should be able to work with Functional SME to define roadmap for Customer Data Platform project. Should be able to work with IT stakeholders to understand Data Sources Data Quality and Data Source Mapping. Should be able to define Ingestion/Egression Patterns of data in Microsoft Customer Insights. Understand dependencies amongst data sources and destinations and provide inputs to building architecture and design documents. Bring best practices for CDP and Journey orchestration to the engagement. Work with internal and CDP vendor professional services to execute Omni channel use cases. Desired skills At least 12 endtoend implementations of CDP project Hands on Experience in Microsoft Dynamics Must have handson experience implementing Microsoft Customer Insights Data and Microsoft Customer Insights Journeys Overall 12 years of experience with at least 5 years of crafting customercentric datasets (i.e. CRM Call Center Marketing MDM CDP Offline Point of Sale etc.) Should have strong understanding of customer profile segmentation and experience in 360degree view of customers in CDP for further analytical processing and decision making Strong understanding of ETL Data quality / Cleansing and Identity resolution Strong and handson knowledge of SQL Data modeling and Data warehouse Knowledge of digital marketing digital analytics customer360 MarTech space is a big plus |
